Raja Nambiar
Founder
Seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience across land aggregation, joint ventures, and strategic advisory. Previously held senior roles in Sales & Marketing at Titan Company Limited, leading all-India distribution from the corporate office in Bangalore. Transitioned into financial advisory with Zurich Insurance Group across the UAE, Qatar, and Muscat before building a strong track record in real estate.
Advised on large-scale transactions including a 150-acre land acquisition in Gurgaon for Chintels Group, structured as a joint venture with Sobha Limited and QVC Realty
Renuka Nambiar
CO-Founder
A trusted real estate advisor with over 15 years of experience across residential sales, leasing, and property management in Bangalore. She has successfully closed numerous transactions, building long-term relationships through a hands-on, client-first approach.
Prior to real estate, she was a teacher at the Air Force School and later a top-performing advisor with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where she achieved recognition as an Agency Champion and qualified for MDRT.
Actively involved in the family’s real estate business, she brings a warm, detail-oriented approach to every client interaction. Outside of work, she has a deep passion for singing.

STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Dubai-based real estate investments and capital markets professional (ex-JLL UAE Director/Head of CM), with $2.5B+ / 20+ transactions and advisory mandates across GCC hospitality, logistics, living, healthcare and mixed-use. He led sponsor-side execution of a 15-acre Whitefield JV (Resi + Commercial; GDV ~INR 1,500 Cr) including developer selection, DD, structuring and complex legal/title unblocking. Founder-operator with an acquisition exit (GXR World).
